Wretched are a technical death metal band from North Carolina that formed in the mid 00’s, they’ve released three albums (the first one doesn’t deserve to be mention) “Son Of Perdition” and “Beyond The Gate.”
Also playing” Huntress – heavy metal from California, their music is ok but the lead singer has a rack worth checking out and Vale Of Pnath – local tech-death band.

Agalloch is an atmospheric dark metal band from Portland that formed in the mid 90’s, their music is calming, beautiful, cold and saddening full of dread, misery and sorrow. They’ve released several ep’s and albums like the masterpiece “Marrow Of The Spirit” an album full of beautiful guitar melodies, harsh black metal vocals, melancholy and isolation, “Pale Folklore” “Ashes Against The Grain” “The Grey” and “Faustian Echoes.”
The Casket Crew are a thrash doom metal band from Denver that formed in the early 00’s. They have released two albums “Somber Ceremony” and “Poor Man’s Coffin” they are both aggressive and brutal, full of violent, melodic riffs, harsh vocals, and double-kick drumming that create a wall of groove. Pure Fucking Rocky Mountain Metal!

Weapon are a blackened satanic death metal band from the most evil place in the world, Canada. Formed in the early 00’s they have released two full lenght black-thrash masterpieces “Drakonian Paradigm” and “From The Devil’s Tomb” they create an evil chaotic atmosphere that is full of ritualistic occult sounds.
For a night of Southern hard rock riffs, soaring vigorous vocals, psychedelia, doom, loud distorted guitars, punk, blues and good ol’ rock & roll come out to the sweat box known as the Marquis. The line-up includes newer bands with different styles but the same drive an attitude and pure loudness, here are the bands playing:

Ceremony are a punk band from The Bay Area that formed in the mid 00’s, they just released (in my opinion) the best punk rock album in a long time “Zoo” a beautiful mix of garage rock and late 70’s, early 80’s UK punk. They have also released other albums like “Violence Violence” a more raw, noisy, superfast hardcore punk album and “Rohnert Park” a more garage punk sounding album. Live they are something special, a lot of energy and crowd interaction, so put on on your docs and let’s pogo like it was 1979!
Come out and join the ritual and celebrate a night of Northwestern mysticism and doom metal. Pure occultism and crushing heaviness from Portland, Witch Mountain play heavy doom metal that is hypnotic like the call from a siren of death. Formed in the mid-90’s they’ve released the great “South Of Salem” and their new album “Cauldron Of The Wild.”

Punk metal veterans Corrosion Of Conformity will be back in The Mile Hi City for the second time since they decided to go back to their roots. They formed in North Carolina back in the early 80’s and became one of the first crossover bands, they release “Eye For An Eye” and then the masterpiece “Animosity” an album full of raw hardcore energy with grimy unpolished metal riffs, tortured wails & growls, rabid screaming and a lot of grit & grime.
