YOB are a doom metal band from Oregon that formed in the mid 90’s. Their first full release “Elaborations Of Carbon” is an ominous, oppressive doom masterpiece, full of black metal growls, grinding screams, relentless pummeling slow drums, heavy slow riffs, distorted bass lines and atmospheric sounds.
